motorbike forks?
my front forks are pitted ,how can i repair them my self (diy).can i fill them with anything etc.
if it is the part of the fork which gets covered up when you brake, the pits are likely to damage the fork seals and the oil will leak a little bit.
If the pits are rough (rusty?) it is possible to carefully grind them smoother to reduce but not prevent the seal damage. It is not easy just to fill the pits.
