How do I get a title?
I recently purchased a motorcycle from a guy in Indiana. He never had a title for the bike. He supplied me with a notarized bill of sale and a police VIN check that was clean. I now need to get the bike titled in Mercer County Ohio. How should I go about doing this? PLEASE ONLY ANSWERS FROM PEOPLE WHO KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE! NO GUESSING!
title can be transferred by someone who owns the title.
he did not had that title, bill of sale only means that you paid him something for something, does not mean you own that thing now.
get your money back, that’s.the logical thing to do.
